If you'd like to pay with a credit card you can do so using Paypal. Paypal is completely secure; for more information, please visit their security page. The Paypal payment will automatically determine shipping and sales tax .

If you'd rather pay with a check or a money order, please contact me at sassygems@gmail.com or (336) 253-3823 and tell me which items you'd like. I will put them on hold for you and email you an invoice with a total for purchase and shipping. Items won't be sent until after a check has cleared.

shipping methods + costs

In stock jewelry will usually be sent out within 3 days of receipt of payment. You will receive an email once your item has been shipped. Shipment via USPS Priority is standard, but I will also ship via FedEX or UPS for an additional fee. Contact me and I can give you the shipping cost before you make your payment. Standard USPS shipping costs are as follows:

$50.00 - $74.99 USD - $7.95

Most custom orders will be shipped within three weeks. Upon ordering, you will be sent an email notifying you the status of your order. Occasionally a custom order may take longer than expected due to material supply issues, etc. in which case you'll be promptly notified and given an estimated delivery date. Currently, the site is not set up to process international orders. If you live outside the U.S. and would like to make a purchase, please contact me sassygems@gmail.com or (336) 253-3823 in advance, and we can work something out.

product availability

All items are custom designed by me, and in some cases, one-of-a-kind designs. However, if you see items you like, do not hesitate to contact me and every effort will be made to meet your request. In some instances, the style can be replicated, but with different stones. In the event two people place an order for the same item, I will notify the second orderer of the situation via e-mail. If I can reproduce the item exactly, I will. If I can't, I will offer suggestions or alternatives. If none of my suggestions are acceptable to the orderer, full payment will be returned.

returns

I do everything I can to make sure that you receive exactly what you want. Should you be dissatisfied with your item in any way, I will accept returns if:

* An email stating the reason for the return is sent to me within 7 days of delivery.
* Items are returned to me within 7 business days of receipt of your email.
* The item is unused and in the condition in which it was shipped.
* Once I've received the item in the above-mentioned condition, I will refund your money the same
way your payment was received.
* Unless I agree that I've made an error in the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
* I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail.

exchanges

If an item you've purchased breaks as a result of normal wear and tear, I'll be happy to repair the item if:
* I'm notified within 6 months of purchase
* The item is returned in its entirety
* I will repair any item once for free. If subsequent repairs are necessary, please let me know, and we can agree on a price before you send me the item.
* In all cases, we will split the cost of shipping (i.e. you'll pay to send it to me, I'll pay to send it back).
* I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail.

I welcome custom orders and am happy to work with a potential client to design that perfect piece for the special outfit, special occasion, or for a special gift.

quality guarantee

All jewelry is made entirely by me in my home studio. Every effort is made to describe, photograph, and otherwise represent each item accurately, but as everyone's computer system, browser, and monitor is different, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems.

All my jewelry is designed with sterling silver components, therefore your piece may tarnish over time. If tarnishing occurs, silver polish or a silver cloth may be used. I would also suggest storing your pieces with sterling silver anti- tarnish strips.
